Audrey Nolan, a native East Texan, joined Nolan Properties in the summer of 2024 as a REALTOR. Currently she resides in College Station, TX where she attends Texas A&M University obtaining a Master’s in Land and Property Development through the College of Architecture. Audrey graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Science in the spring of 2024. As an East Texas native, Audrey’s professional experience serves her clients in the Greater East Texas area well and she is proud to be a ninth generation Texan and a seventh generation Upshur County resident.

Originally from Gilmer, Audrey has been very involved with her community for many years and is proud to be an East Texan. She has past experience and community service with the Cherokee Rose Festival, Texas FFA, Harvest Festival, the East Texas Yamboree in Upshur and Greg Counties, as well as Habitat for Humanity and Texas A&M Big Event in College Station, Texas.
