Kollin Hurt Jr. began his career as a REALTOR® at Nolan Properties in 2023.  Since he embarked on his journey in the industry, he has been working closely with the East Texas community focusing on property management.
Born and raised in the East Texas area, Kollin understands community and the importance of building personable connections.

Kollin’s academic background includes his graduation from Louisiana Tech University in 2021, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from the College of Business. This academic foundation fueled Kollin with
marketable skills to help him best manage and serve others. He is also a proud Gilmer Buckeye and graduated from Gilmer High School in 2017.

Prior to Property Management, Kollin was a Production Supervisor for Cal Maine Foods where he worked closely with people and sales for their market. He also enjoys working alongside his father in his Forestry business.

With a focus on Property Management, Kollin is eager to be a part of Nolan Properties. He is an effective communicator that will best serve you with your Texas property needs.
